Announcing the updated schedule and a new mission for the Monday Night Ladies Rides!
The Monday night ladies ride format has changed slightly to accommodate a greater number of riders. While still a “no drop” ride for just the girls, our goal will be to complete the 15 miles in a little over an hour. Our focus is to aid women who might be considering their first group ride, triathlon, road race or those who just want to push themselves a bit further. Come join us and learn the basics of group riding in a very non-competitive, supportive environment. Of course, more experienced riders are always welcome to join us as well. All rides depart at 6 p.m.; routes will be approximately 15 miles in length and are somewhat hilly. After the ride, participants are invited to join us for socializing and drinks, held in a restaurant near the starting location.
Two rides will be held in two different locations each Monday from May 25th to August 31st.
1.) Baldwinsville: Shamballa Cafe, 34 Oswego St., Baldwinsville, NY (meet in the rear parking lot)
2.) Fayetteville: Fayetteville Towne Center, 100 Towne Drive, Fayetteville, NY (meet near the Rite-Aid between the YMCA and Kohls)
