Pre-register at BikeReg.com or pay applicable fees by check and mail in along with your filled out Entry Release Form/Entry Release with 1-Day License Application to:

Day of Registration opens at 9:30 a.m. and continues until 15 minutes before race start.
USCF licenses required; one-day USCF licenses available at registration (US$10.00).
License for Kid’s race will be free of charge. However, participants in the Kids and Junior race need to provide a waiver signature from parent or guardian.
Rules: All USA Cycling rules apply; mountain bikes with bar-end horns removed are allowed
Course: Mix of gravel, grass, pavement and a sandy hill
Prizes: Medals and Merchandise
Directions:
- From East or West take NYS Thruway exit 39 to 690 E to John Glenn Blvd. Exit.
- Turn right at first traffic light onto Van Vleck Rd. (becomes Long Branch); Course is on left before bridge.
- From the North coming 81S get on NYS Thruway (W) and follow directions above.
- From the South taking 81N take 690W to John Glenn Blvd exit and follow directions above.
